• •Subscription information: Processed via RevenueCat to verify in-app purchases.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect only for:

• •Transcription: Converting your voice recordings to text using our AI provider (Fal.ai), only after you consent.
• •Dream analysis and images: Sending your dream text to Fal.ai to generate interpretations and dream visualizations, only with your consent.
• •Service improvement: Improving the app and fixing technical issues (using anonymous data).
• •Account management: Managing your premium access and subscription (e.g. via RevenueCat).

4. Artificial Intelligence and Content Responsibility

SomnusAI uses advanced artificial intelligence technologies for dream analysis.

• •Not Medical Advice: The analyses provided by the app do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. They are for entertainment and personal awareness purposes only.
• •Data Privacy: Your data processed for analysis is used in anonymized form. Your personal data is not used for general training of AI models.

5. Third-Party Services and AI Data Sharing

We only send your personal data to third parties after you give your explicit consent in the app.

• •Apple App Store: Payment and subscription transactions.
• •RevenueCat: Management of subscription infrastructure.
• •Fal.ai (AI provider): We send your dream text and voice recordings to Fal.ai for speech-to-text (transcription), dream analysis, and dream image generation. Fal.ai processes data on our behalf under contract and does not use your data for advertising or their own model training. We ask for your permission before any dream content is sent.
• •Cloud Servers: Secure storage of data.

Your personal data (your audio recordings, dream texts) is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for advertising purposes. Your data is used solely to fulfill the app's functions.

Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption methods (SSL/TLS). Your audio files and dream records are stored on secure servers and protected against unauthorized access.

8. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data:

• •Data Access: You can view all dreams you have recorded within the app.
• •Account and Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (audio recordings, texts, and subscription history) using the Settings > Delete My Account option within the app. This action cannot be undone.

9. Children's Privacy

SomnusAI is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.
