By downloading or using SomnusAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
SomnusAI allows users to record dreams and receive AI-generated interpretations for personal awareness purposes only.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
SomnusAI is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the content they submit and agree not to upload unlawful or harmful material.

SomnusAI reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or suspend accounts.
4. AI, Dreams & Decision Disclaimer
All dream analyses:

- •Dreams do not predict or reflect the future
- •The content is not factual or guaranteed
- •Users must not rely on this content for major personal, financial, legal, medical, or life decisions
SomnusAI is not responsible for decisions made based on dream interpretations.
5. Subscriptions
Some features may be available through paid subscriptions.
- •Payments are processed via Apple App Store
- •Subscriptions are subject to Apple's cancellation and refund policies
- •Subscription management may use RevenueCat
6. Intellectual Property
All app content belongs to SomnusAI.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or use the app for commercial purposes.
User-submitted dream content remains owned by the user.
7. Service Changes
SomnusAI may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
SomnusAI is not liable for:
